I found this dress at Intermix a few months ago. When I tried it on it was a little too long so I decided to belt it, which made the length perfect. The one I found and provided the link to in this post is super cute too, it’s on sale which makes it even better! It’s by Joie, one of my favorite designers, this one actually comes with the belt so that is great! You could wear this to a casual luncheon or a girl’s night out.
Thank you so much for reading and shopping on my blog! Have a blessed day!!
I’m so grateful that I have the privilege of doing this collaboration with Elaine Turner. She sent me this amazingly chic clutch that she designed for Breast Cancer Awareness month. I got the pleasure of meeting Elaine while I was in New York for Fashion Week. She’s such a wonderful and kind person! Her Mother was diagnosed with breast cancer when she was only 47 years old and I’m happy to say she’s a survivor!
50% of all profits made from this black patent leather clutch will go to the Cancer Support Community! How neat is that – you get to shop and contribute all at the same time. I adore this clutch so much because of it’s versatility. It will go with so much in any wardrobe – you can’t go wrong with a black clutch – chic and sophisticated – this clutch will take you many places in style!

A fun collaboration with Jennifer of Pages of Style – an amazing style blogger – her blog address is www.pagesofstyle.com // Check out her blog for some fabulous style looks – we have very similar taste which is why we decided to do a post together.
We chose to style over the knee boots because they are one of the biggest trends this fall. I adore over the knee boots because they are so versatile, they can be worn with almost anything from shorts, to dresses, to skinny jeans, leather pants, and even mini skirts. Jennifer styled hers with jeans and an over sized sweater – such a perfect casual outfit that you could wear so many places and look so chic! I paired mine with leather shorts and an oversized sweater – a little more dressy – I would wear this on a date night or a girl’s night out.
Thanks so much for reading my blog and shopping with me! I hope you have a fabulous weekend!! XOXO!!
I LOVE doing collaborations with other fellow bloggers – I think it’s great when I can bring my readers one product styled various ways. The 2 beautiful and talented bloggers I am with in this post are:

We chose the cable knit sweater because who doesn’t LOVE to climb into a cozy, warm sweater in the fall when the temperatures start to fall? There are so many ways to wear a sweater – Tanya and I both wore ours with denim – hers a little more dressy because her denim is dark with no distressing. Both of these looks would be a perfect to wear to lunch with friends or even on a date night. Erin chose to style hers over a dress…yes, that is a dress under her sweater – how cute and creative! I love that she wore tights and boots as well. A perfect outfit for a night out on the town when it starts to get really chilly outside!
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I am grateful for all of you!! XOXO!!
The Cape – whether it’s in the form of a blazer or a sweater – the cape is a “must have” this fall. I picked up this black blazer at BCBG – It can be dressed up with a little edge by pairing it with a lace cami underneath and some chic jewelry and a printed clutch, or you can always dress it down with a simple white tee and some casual boyfriend jeans. If the cape style is a little too different for you, you can always wear a simple black blazer as well. I have provided both types of blazers in my “Shop the Look” below. Happy Shopping!
Thanks so much for reading my blog!! Have a wonderful week!! XOXO!!!
One of my favorite colors to wear in the fall is burgundy! I love it paired with blacks, grays and leopards. These AG faux leather leggings are super chic and a perfect alternative to wearing jeans. I wore this outfit the other night on a girls night out. You could also pair these with a black blazer and pumps for a dressier look or a simple white tee and a denim jacket for a more casual ensemble. They are very versatile – a wardrobe staple for sure!
HANDS DOWN THE COLLEST RAIN COATS AROUND! My dear friend, Cathy Williamson, of The Middle Page designed these amazingly chic rain coats. They come in 4 different styles and 4 different colors all represented in this post on these stylish bloggers:
I’m wearing the moto style rain coat in black and I adore it!! I wore it the other night to my son’s football game and I was so excited it was raining because I got to wear my new rain coat!! They all have hoods that zip up nicely in the back so you don’t have to wear it out unless you need to. So chic and so stylish, these rain coats are a must have in every women’s wardrobe!
The best part – Cathy is going to donate 25% of sales to the TNBC foundation benefitting triple negative breast cancer research. Cathy was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer a little a year ago and is cancer free today thanks to God!!

A wardrobe essential: an oversized white shirt. The perfect white shirt will make you look effortless and ultra chic. I found this one at Madewell. It’s perfectly oversized – I’m wearing a size XS and it’s still a bit big which I wanted. The key is to tuck the front portion of the shirt in and roll up your sleeves. It’s so versatile – it can be paired with jeans and heels, or black leather pants and booties, or tucked into a pencil skirt for a more dressy look. Definitely a must have – this white shirt will take you many places in style.
Thank you so very much for reading my blog and for shopping on my blog! I’m very grateful for all of you!! XOXO!!
Breast cancer…words you never want to hear. My wonderful Aunt Julie died of breast cancer at age 58 and I lost my sweet Dad to lung cancer at age 71 just a little over 3 years ago – not sure I’ll ever get over the loss of my Dad, we were so close and he was the one person in my life I could always count on. I miss both of them more than words can describe. I heard a stat that one in eight women will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some point in their lives, very scary. So please do self examinations – and if you are over 40 you should be getting annual mammograms.
My dear friend in this post, Cathy Williamson, of The Middle Page was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer a little over a year ago. She is currently cancer free and doing wonderful! Thank you God for that! I say all of this because anytime I get a chance to promote a business or product that is willing to donate the proceeds to breast cancer research I’m always more than willing!
We visited the Hair Bar on Royal Lane decked in our pink to promote breast cancer awareness. The Hair Bar will donate $1 from every service to the Susan G. Komen foundation October 1-31. How cool is that? They do a FABULOUS JOB on their blow-outs and make-up ,so if you have a special event coming up or just feel the urge to get pampered, this month is the perfect time to visit the HAIR BAR.
